Freestyle dance incorporates many genres of dance, which evolve with the current music trends. It can be very physical and high enegry or slow and expressive, and can be performed solo or with a partner. Steps and movements most associated with Freestyle are spins, kicks, leaps, runs and slick arm and head actions. To be a good freestyle dancer self expression combined with flexilbility and stamina are essential.
