Group Bookings at the Crowne Plaza Hotel are only during Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. If you are phoning out with these times, then you will get through to Central Reservations which will not see the BATD’s allocation of bedrooms or the rates, so you may be told there is no availability, or the rate quoted will be much higher.
There is no booking reference as such – just say that you are attending the BATD Conference.
The single occupancy rate is £145.00 per night and Twin or Double is £155.00 per night. Both include full breakfast.
