Mrs. Allan started her dance career under the tutelage of Miss Sadie Simpson and became a member in 1973.

She is a Fellow and Examiner of the B.A.T.D., but we know her best as our General Secretary. Katrina took this position in 1990 and has been a great ambassador for the Association promoting "British is Best" wherever she goes.

Mrs. Allan is extremely diversified in her position both in the business aspects of promoting the Association as well as her extensive dance background being able to help dancers and teachers alike with her knowledge and kind-hearted spirit. Her professional attitude and ability to address all situations has earned her an excellent rapport with all Dance associations worldwide, promoting the B.A.T.D. Mrs. Allan like many extraordinarily talented, capable, self-sacrificing and thoroughly committed people is the only one around who is not fully aware of just how terrific she is.

We at the B.A.T.D. are more than thrilled to feature our friend Katrina Allan “In The Spotlight.” Congratulations and Best Wishes on your Celebration!
